In view of the current COVID-19 situation, for all our guests traveling on or before the 13th of April 2020:
Bookings will be permitted to be moved to another date (subject to availability).
Guests can get a full refund. The refund will be according to the mode of payment:
If paid in cash, the refund must be claimed at designated DumaGetMe Tropic Tours payment centers.
If paid using your bank account or PayPal balance, the balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take three to five days to arrive in your account.
If payment was made through debit or credit card via PayPal, please allow two (2) billing cycles for a refund to show up on your account (PP transaction fee is non-refundable).
In light of this pandemic, it's important to stay updated on health guidelines from trusted organizations like the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or Public Health Emergency. Ensure you're getting information from reliable sources to avoid spreading misinformation.
